Browzerphone Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the Browzerphone service (the "Service"), which enables phone calls from a web browser, operated by Webgravity Marcin Jamrogowicz, Bratkowice 94G, 36-055 Bratkowice, Polska, registration number: NIP 8191666842, REGON 365527115 ("Operator", "we"). Contact: [email protected].
By using the Service, including creating an account, you accept these terms in their current version.
2. Service description
The Service enables paid international calls from the browser to landline and mobile numbers, receiving calls on rented phone numbers and — within the Business plan — call recording with AI-generated transcriptions and summaries.
The service is delivered over VoIP using the infrastructure of third-party telecommunications providers. Call quality depends, among other things, on the user's internet connection.
The Service is not a replacement for traditional telephony. Emergency calls (112, 911 and other emergency numbers) are not supported — see the "Emergency calls" section and the dedicated information page.
3. Account and registration
An account is required to make calls. Registration is available via e-mail (magic link) or an external login provider.
You must provide accurate information and must not share your account with third parties. Accounts may only be created by adults with full legal capacity.
4. Payments and wallet
Calls, including calls received on a rented number, are billed per minute from funds held in the user's prepaid wallet: outgoing calls at the rates shown in the rate list, incoming calls at the incoming rate for the number, charged to the wallet of the number's owner. An incoming call is not put through when the wallet cannot pay for one minute of it. Rates may change; the rate effective at the start of a call applies.
Wallet top-ups are processed by an external payment provider (Stripe). You may enable automatic top-up when your balance falls below a configured threshold.
Prices for top-ups, numbers and plans are net of VAT. VAT is added at payment according to the country in the billing address: consumers in the European Union pay Polish VAT, businesses in European Union countries other than Poland that give a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, Polish businesses pay Polish VAT, and customers outside the European Union pay no VAT. The wallet is credited with the net amount of the top-up. Businesses receive a VAT invoice.
Wallet funds do not bear interest. Unused funds are refundable on request to the extent required by mandatory provisions of law.
5. Plans and subscriptions
The Starter plan is free and billed only for call minutes from the wallet. The Business plan is billed monthly per seat and includes team features, call recording and AI features, as described on the plans page.
The Business plan starts with a 14-day trial with no payment card required. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription.
AI features are subject to the fair-use limit described on the plans page. Once exceeded, the Operator may pause AI processing until the end of the billing period.
You can cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period.
6. Number rental
You may rent a phone number for a monthly fee charged from your wallet. Insufficient funds for the monthly fee result in number suspension and, after a grace period, its permanent release.
The number remains the property of the telecommunications provider; you acquire only the right to use the number for the paid period.
7. Call recording and user responsibility
Call recording is available in the Business plan. Before recording starts, the other party is informed by a voice announcement.
The user (and in the case of organizations — the organization) is responsible for the legality of recording under the law applicable to a given call, including obtaining any consents required by local regulations.
Call recordings (audio) are stored for the period set by the organization's retention settings and are then permanently deleted. Transcriptions and summaries are retained until they are deleted by the user or the organization, or until the account is deleted.
8. Acceptable use
Using the Service for unlawful activities is prohibited, in particular: harassment, spam calls or mass telemarketing in violation of regulations, impersonation, fraud and infringement of third-party rights.
The Operator may suspend or block an account in case of a justified suspicion of a breach of these terms, payment abuse (including chargebacks) or requirements of telecommunications and payment providers.
9. Emergency calls
The Service does not support calls to emergency numbers (112, 911, 999 and other emergency services) and does not provide emergency services with caller location information.
You must ensure an alternative way of contacting emergency services, e.g. a mobile or landline phone.
10. Liability
The Operator strives to keep the Service available without interruption but does not guarantee continuity or undisturbed quality of services dependent on third parties (telecommunications providers, payment provider, AI providers) or on the user's connection.
The Operator's liability towards non-consumer users is limited to the amounts paid by the user in the last 12 months. These limitations do not apply to the extent mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
11. Complaints and withdrawal
Complaints may be submitted to the e-mail address indicated on the contact page. Complaints are handled within 14 days.
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. Starting to use calls before that period expires happens at the consumer's express request; in such a case the consumer bears the cost of services performed until withdrawal.
12. Changes to the terms and final provisions
The Operator may amend these terms for valid reasons (changes in law, changes in the scope of services, security reasons). Users will be informed about changes at least 14 days in advance by electronic means.
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence. Consumer disputes may also be resolved out of court, e.g. via the ODR platform.
