Verizon international phone number: calling Verizon from abroad
Проверено тестовым звонком 21 октября 2026 г.Обновлено 21 октября 2026 г.
Verizon's number for customers traveling outside the US is its International Support Team, +1 908 559 4899. It is a regular US number, so toll charges apply; for a lost, stolen or broken phone Verizon also has a PDF list of toll-free numbers for the countries it covers. Our test call on 21 October 2026 reached Verizon's AI voice assistant; it went out through Browzerphone from a US (+1) number.

Calling Verizon while you are abroad
In its International Travel FAQs, Verizon gives the International Support Team at +1-908-559-4899 for help while traveling. The same number lifts the block on international data, which Verizon applies automatically when unbilled data use reaches $500.
It is a regular US number, not a toll-free one, so you pay for a call to the US. Verizon gives no hours for it.
- 1Have the 10-digit Verizon mobile number the call is about ready.
- 2Dial +1 908 559 4899. If your phone cannot enter +, use the international exit code of the country you are in instead.
- 3Say in a few words what you need: the line answers with a voice assistant.
Lost, stolen or broken phone abroad
For a device that is lost, stolen, damaged or not working, Verizon asks you to call from a landline the toll-free number for the country you are traveling in, from a PDF list on its FAQ page, and to enter your 10-digit mobile number when the International Travel Hotline asks for it.
If there is no toll-free number for your country, Verizon gives +1-908-559-4899 again, with toll charges.
What you hear on +1 908 559 4899
Our test call reached Verizon's AI assistant. After a recording notice, it asked what we were calling about and offered help with international rates, adding or changing a travel plan, trouble making or receiving calls outside the US, and trouble using data or email abroad.
We stayed silent. The assistant repeated the question and said it was still there; we hung up after 90 seconds without reaching a person.
Call Verizon from your browser
Browzerphone dials US numbers from a browser tab, with no SIM card and nothing to install, so you can call Verizon even when your own phone has no service abroad. The price per minute is shown before you call, and the rates page lists it for the United States.
Our test call went out through Browzerphone's US phone provider from a US (+1) number. Without credit, only a free trial call is possible, and it ends after one minute; the voice assistant alone takes about that long, so top up first.
