How to call Vodafone UK from abroad

Vodafone UK gives existing customers +44 7836 191 191 to call from a Vodafone mobile when abroad. In our test from Poland on 20 October 2026, a call from a foreign number outside Vodafone's network still reached the automated menu: 1 for existing customers, people waiting to be connected or with a service request, 2 to join Vodafone. When we pressed nothing, the system asked for a mobile or account number on the keypad, and nobody answered in the 90 seconds we listened.

Which Vodafone number to call from abroad
Under "Call from abroad", Vodafone UK's contact page says: "Existing customers can call us on 0044 7836 191 191 from a Vodafone mobile when abroad." 0044 is the same as +44, so the number is +44 7836 191 191. Vodafone's roaming page gives the same number for calls to customer services from abroad. Neither page gives hours for it.
In the UK, the contact page gives 191, free from a Vodafone mobile, and 0333 304 0191 from a landline.
Vodafone names this number for its own mobiles. In our test from Poland on 20 October 2026 we called from a foreign number outside Vodafone's network, and the call still reached the automated menu. That is one call from one number; Vodafone does not say other phones are supported.

Other ways to reach Vodafone
The contact page offers TOBi, Vodafone's digital assistant, 24/7, and says that if TOBi cannot help, it will put you in touch with one of Vodafone's agents.
Vodafone also describes "Just Ask Once": pay monthly customers on mobile and home broadband can message it in the My Vodafone app and respond when it suits them. On the phone, the system told us the account number is on a bill or in the My Vodafone app.
Call Vodafone UK from your browser
Browzerphone dials +44 numbers from a browser tab, with no SIM card and nothing to install, and the keypad for the menu is in the same tab. +44 7836 191 191 is a UK mobile number, and calls to UK mobiles cost more than calls to UK landlines, so check the rate for UK mobiles on the rates page before you call.
Without credit, Browzerphone only allows a free trial call, and it ends after one minute. In our test the menu alone took almost a minute when we pressed nothing, so top up first if you need to get further.
