How to call TSB from abroad

From outside the UK, call TSB on +44 203 284 1575, the number its contact page gives next to the general number 03459 758 758. Our test call from Poland on 20 October 2026 went through to an automated system that first asks for your eight-digit account number, said or keyed in, or star to use the long number from a TSB card. When we gave nothing, it asked three times and then wanted the account number on the keypad only.

Which TSB number to call from abroad
TSB's contact page gives an "Outside the UK?" number for several of its lines. The general number is +44 203 284 1575 (03459 758 758 in the UK), open 8am to 8pm, every day. For the Internet Banking team the number is +44 203 284 1577, and for queries about existing credit cards +44 203 284 1581, both open every day, 8am to 8pm.
For queries about an existing mortgage TSB gives +44 1452 890 225, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 7pm; the page lists the same number for queries about a new mortgage, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Holders of packaged accounts have their own numbers from abroad, all open 24/7: +44 2032 841 583 for Silver, +44 20 3284 1584 for Gold, +44 2032 841 585 for Platinum and +44 2032 841 580 for Premier.
TSB notes that calls may be monitored and recorded and that not all telephone banking services are available 24/7. We tested only the general number.

For lost or stolen cards TSB names +44 2074 812567 from outside the UK, open 24/7, and says you can also report a card in Internet Banking, under "Your account tools" and "Lost & stolen cards". We did not call this line: it is for people who need help right now.
