How to call Santander UK from abroad

From abroad, call Santander UK on +44 1908 237 963, the number its moving abroad page gives for contacting Santander from a different country, next to the number on the back of your card. Our test call from Poland on 20 October 2026 went through to a voice system. It asked us to say our personal ID or card number, then our date of birth and the reason for the call, and in the 90 seconds we listened it played no keypad menu.

Which Santander number to call from abroad
Santander UK's page for customers moving abroad says that if you need to contact Santander from a different country, you should call the number on the back of your card, or call (+44) 1908 237 963 or 0330 9 123 123 to speak to a member of its team. Santander gives its opening hours as 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.
From abroad you dial the first number as +44 1908 237 963. We tested only that one, not 0330 9 123 123.

- 3Have your personal ID or card number to hand: in our test the system asked for it first and said that without it you should hang up and call back.
Fraud and what Santander never asks for
On its fraud page Santander says that no one from Santander, not even its fraud team, will ask you to give them your PIN or One Time Passcode (OTP). If someone asks you for this on the phone, Santander says it will be fraud: hang up and call Santander.
To report fraud from abroad, Santander names +44 1512 648 725 and says its fraud team is available 24 hours a day. For a card transaction you do not recognise, it says the quickest way to report it is the mobile app. We did not call the fraud line.
Call Santander from your browser
