How to call Lloyds Bank from abroad

From outside the UK, call Lloyds Bank on +44 1733 347 007 for everyday banking, and on +44 1702 278 270 if your card is lost or stolen: those are the numbers its "Call us" page gives for callers outside the UK. Both of our test calls to the everyday banking line from Poland on 14 October 2026 went through. The automated system asks why you are calling, and then for your account or card number before it puts you through to an adviser.

Which Lloyds number to call from abroad
Lloyds lists a separate number "from outside the UK" for each kind of question on its "Call us" page. For account enquiries, Telephone Banking, replacement cards, your personal details and domestic payments, it is +44 1733 347 007. The UK version of that line is 0345 300 0000.
Those lines are open 8am to 6pm UK time, 7 days a week, and closed on UK bank holidays. Telephone Banking's automated services run 24 hours a day, but Lloyds says not all Telephone Banking services are available around the clock.
Lloyds also says that calls from abroad are charged at your phone provider's published tariff, so check what your provider charges for a call to a UK landline.

Lost or stolen card, and fraud
For a lost or stolen card, Lloyds gives +44 1702 278 270 from outside the UK, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The same number is listed for emergency cash outside the UK.
For fraud on your debit or credit card, or a declined card payment, the number from outside the UK is +44 1702 278 272, also around the clock. For online banking fraud it is +44 207 481 2614, 24 hours a day.
We did not call these lines: they are for people who need help right now.
